There is plenty of room for writing reflections on the verse as well as noting things for which you are grateful, along with Accomplishments, Highlights, and Brainstorms of the Week. In addition, there's room to write prayers for oneself, others, and the world.
Page Two includes charts for daily tracking of fitness and other habits that are important to you. Additional space is available for tracking weekly, monthy, and annual goals.

She serves as a Board Member and writes blogs for Equity for Women in the Church, an ecumenical movement that facilitates equal representation of clergywomen. Dr. Wines facilitates a Theological Reflection Group at her alma mater, Brite Divinity School. Currently, she serves as Pastor Emerita at Grace Metroplex, Fort Worth, TX having previously served five years as pastor.

Among the many gifts Dr. Lonzetta Allen has received from God,
conducting research and helping individuals and organizations
navigate education systems and life situations are chief among those she
employs as Executive Director of the nonprofit Institute for Educational
Excellence.
In addition, she leads a college prep program where she
encourages students to make college and career decisions based on God’s
purpose for their lives, and serves as an Instructor of Psychology at Hill
Community College in Hillsboro, Texas.
A lifelong educator, Dr. Allen is honored to serve on the Board of Trustees for WileyCollege, the Executive Board of the Wiley College Alumni Association, and the Board of Directors of the Wesley Foundation at Texas Christian University.
Dr. Allen is passionate about learning and teaching the Word of God. She leads a weekly family book and Bible study that she enjoys with family and friends.
She is an active member of Grace Metroplex United Methodist Church, where she chairs the Staff Pastor Parish Relations Committee and the Higher Education Ministry. There she also serves on the ministry team, coteaches faith enrichment classes, and is a member of the outreach team.
Dr. Allen’s five grandchildren are central to her life
and her love for her family is exceeded only by her love for God.
She enjoys spending time learning, playing, and vacationing with her
grandchildren, her children, and Rex, her husband of 36 years. She also enjoys traveling to spend time with her parents.
Amid her many pursuits and obligations, Dr. Allen finds time for education, journaling, reading, writing, traveling, helping others, and most important, using her many gifts and talents
in service to God.
